SPECIAL NOTES
BROWSERS: This website works ONLY on Windows 2000/XP and Mac OSX using the following three browsers

This website may NOT work with Other systems.
If you are Mac user and would like to download the Firefox browser, go to www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html.
Click on the download link under Mac OS for the English language version.
POP-UP BLOCKERS: Allow pop ups for this website.
Internet Explorer users click on Tools - Pop up blocker - Pop up blocker settings.
On the area "Address of website to allow", enter www.eayso.org and click on Add.
Firefox users add the site after clicking on Tools - Options - Content - Allowed sites.
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have its own pop up blocker as well. Please turn this one off too.
- Visit eAYSO web site at http://www.eAYSO.org
- If you have an account with eAYSO, click on "Login" button.
If you have never signed up through eAYSO, click on "First Time" button.
- Returned User: enter email address and password to login.
If you cannot remember your password, please try all possible email addresses and passwords combination.
90% of users found their login information after few trials.
Otherwise, please see Step 9 for more information.
- Choose proper application to proceed the registration.
Players must be renewed every year.
They do grow up, gain weight, and may go to different school.
Volunteers must be renewed every year to be protected by AYSO Volunteer program.
- If you choose the returning application, click on the name to update returned player/volunteer information.
The rest of procedure can be found in the Step 4.
- First Time User: select "I would like to fill out an application for my child(ren) to play" option
and click on Next button to continue.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Home Phone Number to continue.
- Enter your E-mail, Password, Secret Question, and Secret Answer to continue.
Your e-mail address will be your login ID in the future.
Secret Question/Answer is used to retrieve your password if you forget later.
You can update these information after login.
If you do not have an email account to use, click on "I'll do this later" button.
But, remember to update your login information after you complete the initial steps.
- You can high-light "My eAYSO" menu entry and select "Edit Profile" to update your login information.
(See Step 8 for more information)
Or, choose proper application to proceed the registration.
- Enter "2" in the REGION box.
- Enter parent information.
- Enter player, emergency contact, and medical insurance information.
Note that the "Height" is recorded in "inches" (1 foot = 12 inches).
The "Birth date" cannot be changed after we approve your registration.
"Playing age" is calculated automatically
- Select Volunteer jobs.
AYSO Region 2 is a 100% volunteer organization.
We need your help to provide the world class youth soccer programs
to enrich our children's lives.
- View Region 2 information.
- Click "I Agreee" if you agree all terms.
This is the last step to enter player's information.
- Please go back to main menu (by clicking on HOME on the top right corner of this page)
and continue to enter volunteer information.
- Select Region 2 as your volunteer region.
If you have not yet entered any player, you do not have this option and you need to choose Other
and enter zip code to continue.
- Enter volunteer information.
We will need your SSN# and Driver's License (or State ID) to conduct
volunteer background check to protect our children.
If you do not wish to continue the volunteer form process,
you can still volunteer to help our region in other area,
which do not interactive with children, such as field work.
Ask for CVPA during the registration.
- Select volunteer jobs.
AYSO will provide all necessary training for your volunteer work at no cost.
At Region 2, all Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Referees, and Assistant Referees are certified.
- Enter personal reference information.
- Enter professional reference information.
Now, you know how serious AYSO manages volunteers.
- View Region 2 information.
- Please read the waiver and disclaimer, then click "I agree" to continue.
- Check the "I agree" box, enter your name and TODAY's date to complete this process.
Note that if the system complains the Middle Name,
please either enter Middle Initial or leave it blank.
- To print a form (player or volunteer).
- Go back to main menu and select Print player or volunteer form.
- Click on Player's or Volunteer's name.
- Wait for the Printer Dialog box appear and click on OK to print.
If the printer dialog does not appear after page is fully loaded,
click on the PRINTER ICON  in the middle of the page to print.
Do not use your browser's print function.
- Click on "Back" after printing to go back to form selection page.
- Player Form: 2 pages.
Please sign and date on the first page, and initial on the second page.
- Volunteer Form: 2 (or 3) pages.
Please sign and date.
- Update login information or user profile.
Password can be changed from "Change Password" selection under "My eAYSO" menu.

- Enter your name and home telephone number (at the time you registered your account, if different).
- Answer your secret question.
- Your registered email is shown in GREEN color.
You can also receive a new password (to this email or the alternate email account) by clicking "Submit" button.
- Forgot password?
- Enter your email.
- Answer your secret question and click on "Remind Me!" bottom.
- Your password will be sent to your email account.
