How to use eAYSO - for YDP Returning Player

BROWSERS: This website works ONLY on Windows 2000/XP/7 and Mac OSX using the following three browsers - Internet Explorer version 7.0 and above and FirefFox 3.1 and above. This website may NOT work with Other systems. If you are Mac user and would like to download the Firefox browser, go to www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html. Click on the download link under Mac OS for the English language version.

POP-UP BLOCKERS: Allow pop ups for this website. Internet Explorer users click on Tools - Pop up blocker - Pop up blocker settings. On the area "Address of website to allow", enter www.eayso.org and click on Add. Firefox users add the site after clicking on Tools - Options - Content - Allowed sites. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have its own pop up blocker as well. Please turn this one off too.

  1. Visit eAYSO web site at https://www.eAYSO.org
  2. Enter Login E-mail and Password and click on "Login" button.
  3. Click on "Signup for other programs"
  4. Click on "Signup" and then click on "Back" button
  5. Click on "Print player form"
  6. Click on Player's name (one at a time)
  7. Click on the Printer Icon to print one copy.
