Safe Haven Courses
For the safety of our players, AYSO requires all volunteers to enroll in and complete a set of three online Safe Haven courses. These courses are one-time requirements and do not need to taken again once completed.
An AYSO account and volunteer application are required before the courses can be taken: Signing Up to Volunteer
Step 1
From your Volunteer tab, find and click the AYSOU button at the top of your volunteer dashboard or the menu.
This will take you to the separate AYSOU website. |

| If you receive a Terms & Conditions prompt, accept and Submit the terms to continue. |

Step 2
| Select Training Library on the sidebar, find the Safe Haven courses, and click the View Courses button. |

Step 3
After completing a course, your certificate will appear in the Skills Passport section.
Your Volunteer dashboard will automatically update to verify completion of the course:
If your course is still not showing as verified after 24 hours, please contact Region 2's CVPA ([email protected]). Let them know about the issue and provide them with the course certificate. Do not upload certificates to the website.
